JOB DESCRIPTION:

Funrise is seeking a service minded and proactive Office Assistant to join the Operations team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming and collaborative environment by possess a high standard of excellence, exercising good judgment and taking on a professional and resourceful approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to all supervisor and team inquires in a timely matter. Anticipate needs and exhibit a sincere desire to meet and exceed them
  • Manage office daily upkeep, maintenance and resolve basic office requests or issues
  • Communicate with contractors including cleaning crew, gardener, landlord and acquiring contractors as needed
  • Using FedEx, create labels, mail and ship packages domestically and internationally
  • Manage company vehicles, DMV trips, coordinating services with dealership, driving clients
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and safe office and shipping area
  • Maintain stock of office beverages and snacks
  • Collaborate with operations teammates on ad hoc projects
  • Any other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with FedEx service guide, packing and shipping
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record and ability to operate both automatic and standard vehicles
  • Maintain a flexible schedule and ability to work overtime.
  • Maintain a professional personal appearance in accordance to Funrise standards.
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
  • Ability to operate a PC and standard Microsoft office suite
  • Knowledge of the surrounding area, preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
