Job Description -
- Handling the all Customer Service.
- Coordination with buyers and vendors via mail and phone.
- Provide quality customer service on every call.
- Chasing and upgrading the order at each stages(Manufacturing, Finishing and dispatching)
- Develop process improvement to ensure product quality and productivity.
- Negotiation with vendors and buyers on pricing.
Candidates should have experience in - "Textile industry" , " fashion " , " thread industry " as a costumer support executive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
