Position: Master Data Specialist
Reports to: Customer Data Management Team Lead
Location: Colgate Palmolive Services, Taśmowa street, Warsaw

As Master Data Specialist your main purpose will be to validate and maintain data according to external and internal standards in close cooperation with the Global Data Management team in CBS Mumbai and local teams around the EU/ AEA region.
Top daily priorities:
- Maintain customer master data in SAP S4 Hana
- Releases or rejects data maintenance requests, when rejected provides feedback to requestors,
- Monitors data processes to ensure compliance with process cycle times and related performance measures and KPIs,
- Monitors performance indicators for data within their span of responsibility and regularly reports status to supervisor,
- Develops and maintains Data Management related documentation (procedures, policies, end-user manuals, training materials, etc),
- Prepares and generates data quality reports and analysis,
- Plans and executes data cleansing initiatives,
- Analyzes data in the systems as a part of gap-fit analysis and/or Data Management standardization projects, identifies use of the certain data elements, attributes, fields, proposes standardized values and works on their implementation.
To be successful on this job you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience with data management
- Scrupulous and conscientious approach
- Good communication skills
- Advanced English
- Expectation of the job where you act individually to support the operations within the assigned scope, where you can grow as an expert in the field
