Responsibilities:

To ensure the works running properly and communicated with all parties concerned;

• To ensure the sub-contractor in conformity with contract, specification, workmanship standards and relevant legislation;
• To liaise with the project supervisor, developer and contractors to execute the works specifications, working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed;
• Conduct a various statutory inspection & measurement;
• Prepare evaluation and progress report;
• Monitor all environmental, health and safety aspects of the sub-contractors work

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Certificate in Building studies / Civil or equivalent;
• Licensed Plumber

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience;
• Experience in water treatment / plumbing / pipe renovation works is preferred.
