Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Utilize your excellent communication skills and captivating accent to engage and persuade prospects.
Leverage your background in truck dispatch sales to effectively understand and meet client needs.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Skillfully handle customer interactions, including cancellations, with professionalism and empathy.
Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of prior experience in a call center environment, with a focus on sales.
Proven track record of successful sales and closing deals.
Exceptional communication skills with a captivating accent that engages and persuades prospects.
Strong background in truck dispatch sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry.
Proficiency in managing customer interactions, including cancellations, with tact and professionalism.
