Job Description
- Team and Role Introduction:

External: well co-operate with 3PL and vendors.
Inventory Manager manages people and processes within the respective function in the warehouse with the aim of meeting the productivity and cost targets.Inventory Manager is also responsible to ensure the compliance of workplace health and safety & security standards amongst the workforce with the aim of zero incidents
- Responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee and ensure the respective function under charge achieve the warehouse KPI’s such as productivity, overall cost, backlog, accuracy, etc via:a)
- Manages function workflow to meet daily performance, quality and cost targets.b)
- Works closely with other warehouse management counterparts to resolve operational bottlenecks.c)
- Constantly work with other warehouse management counterparts to identify cost savings initiatives and explore alternative methods to meet or exceed established objectives d)
- Work with Warehouse Manager to optimize warehouse layout, warehouse processes and IT solutions to drive efficiency and productivitye)
- Identifies and implements efficiency improvement opportunities to achieve operational excellence for the respective function in chargef)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and location use counts to verify store physical inventory vs. computer countg)
- Monitor all cycle counts and identified issues related to variances (miss tagged, misplaced, theft, damage). Conduct root cause analysis.h)
- Monitors inventory levels and fulfilment center capacity to ensure proper space utilizationi)
- Conduct periodic location clean up of multiple physical locationsj)
- Coordinate pick list generation and put away of items effectivelyk)
- Conduct internal audit on inventory by coordinating inventory supervisorsl)
- Ensure all items are put away immediately after inbound process.

- Candidate should possess bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistic/Warehouse Management or equivalent Competency:
- Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, fulfilment management team local and regional, other department and business stakeholders
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and Analyse information
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and improve performance through management feedback
- Strong knowledge in logistics management and strategy
- Ability to understand general business management and financial concepts and can Identify key components in strategic and business plans. Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics management with wide
- Been in manager position for at least 3 years.
- Have broad experience in logistics area (inbound, outbound, inventory and return, also transportation)
- Have experience in lean management or six sigma projects
