Ornua is actively seeking a Global Head of HR Operations that will be a catalyst to our current HR Senior Leadership team (HR SLT). As a member of our Global HR SLT, you will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that form part of the 5-year Talent Strategy.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The Global Head of HR Operations will report directly to the Chief People Officer. This impactful leader will be an integral part of the HR leadership team, leading and driving scalable strategies that will best enable Ornua’s growth agenda while continuing to further our culture. The ideal leader possesses both the strategic aptitude along with a sense of urgency and can translate business objectives to the Talent strategy. Accountable for the effective and efficient delivery of HR Operations and HR technology transformational efforts while providing strong leadership to a team of People Services professionals in Ireland, UK and the US.

This role can be based in Ireland or North America.

What You Bring To The Role:
Ability to engage in and add value to the strategic discussions of Ornua as part of the HR SLT.
Provide strategic support to the business and HR leadership on how best to problem-solve issues within their areas using people data and analytics.
Challenge the business, driving the transformation and growth agenda from an HR perspective that improves overall organizational effectiveness.
Bring the current People Services function to the next level and maximize the potential of the team and service delivery model.
Drive operational efficiencies and strategically leverage data across our HR systems.
Focus on the continued development of people, recognizing talent and its cultivation s a key business enabler and ensure robust and well-developed succession plans are in place for the People Services team.
