Job Summary

Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution. Companies include global lingerie brand Agent Provocateur, luxury outerwear brand Arctic Army, wholesale distributor Four Marketing and our PR and Marketing agency, Present Agency.

We are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The HR & Recruitment Advisor will support the provision of an effective, efficient, and proactive HR service, partnering with our managers to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing timely and appropriate resolutions across the Four Marketing Group companies.

The HR & Recruitment Advisor will be also responsible for supporting the recruitment of volume and non-volume vacancies for our Four Marketing Group companies across the UK & Globally, ensuring that internal stakeholders are fully supported throughout the hiring process including new vacancy advertisement, interview scheduling, offering and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

As HR & Recruitment Advisor you will:

  • Have minimum of 3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition role within in-house or agency environment
  • Possess proven experience of employee relations, including leading disciplinary/grievance hearings
  • Have solid experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Have good-rounded Employment Law knowledge
  • Be an effective influencer and negotiator
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Have a methodical, accurate, logical and concise approach to work with an excellent attention to details
