Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP Sales and Distribution module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements. Customize the module to support order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and other SD functionalities.
- Integration: Collaborate with other SAP functional teams, such as MM (Materials Management) and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), to ensure seamless integration between modules. Identify and resolve any integration issues or discrepancies.
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand the existing sales and distribution processes within the organization. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- User Support and Training: Provide end-user support and training to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP SD module functionalities. Address and resolve user issues, perform system testing, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the SAP SD configuration, processes, and procedures. Generate reports and analyze data using SAP SD reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Collaborate with the IT team and business stakeholders to assess and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Conduct thorough testing to ensure system stability and functionality after changes.
- Change Management: Assist in change management activities related to SAP SD module implementation, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training plans. Support the organization's transition to the new system and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant, including full-cycle implementation and support projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution module functionalities, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SD module settings, including master data, pricing procedures, output determination, and availability check.
- Experience in integrating SAP SD with other modules, such as MM and FI/CO, and resolving cross-functional issues.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within SAP SD.
- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- SAP certification in Sales and Distribution is preferred.
