In order to reinforce our team, we are looking for a new Sales Agent.
What are the job responsibilities as a Sales Agent:
- Respond to all listing leads/requests
- Call customers to provide feedback on their listing
- Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
- Respond to customers’ calls, e-mails and web requests
- Schedule viewings with potential sellers and tenants
- Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Who are you as a Sales Agent:
- A person who is between 25-45 years old
- A person who currently lives in Curaçao
- Strong Sales Skills and commercial experience
- In possession of own car
- Passionate about selling
- Independent and self-motivated
- Passion for Real Estate Industry
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Effective Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Speaks fluent English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu
- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
